Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. To request cancellation, contact Kanak Earth support as soon as possible at kanakindustries.co@gmail.com with your order details.
Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation may not be possible and the order will move through the delivery process.
Damaged or Wrong Products
Damaged products or wrong products are eligible for replacement after verification by our support team.
Customers must contact support within 48 hours of delivery for damage or wrong product claims. Please include the order details, clear photos of the package, product, invoice and any visible damage.
Refund Approval
Refunds are reviewed and approved only after our team verifies the issue and confirms refund eligibility.
A refund may be declined if the claim is raised after the required time window, if evidence is incomplete, or if the product has been used, altered or damaged after delivery.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval. The final credit timeline may depend on the payment provider, bank or wallet used for the transaction.
Where possible, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
